Is it weird when they show me cheering on Tennessee, I yell "NUMBER NINETEEN!!! WHOOOOO!!! GO VOLS NUMBER NINETEEN!!!!"

Unless you're through growing and your growth plates are fused, that's fine, though. You really shouldn't be lifting any weight that you can't do at least 6 reps until then.

Don't get discouraged. I was very little in HS (much smaller than you) and didn't "beef up" until after I graduated and started training harder and eating right. PM me anytime for training tips and/or safety pointers.

its really hard for me because our school doesn't really have a weight room and lacrosse doesn't really use it but my dad died when I was 11 so I don't really have anyone to spot me. I do like 8 reps of 155 because thats all the weights I have in my crappy garage weight bench and thats probably pretty close to my max and i never have a spot because well my mom couldn't even get that off me.
