KNOXVILLE, Tenn. -- No. 10 Tennessee is headed to Nashville for an 8 p.m. ET matchup with Vanderbilt. The game will be streamed on SECN+.

The Vols (13-1-0, 6-1 SEC) enter the game riding a six-game SEC win streak, their only setback coming at the hands of now No. 4 Arkansas in the SEC opener.

Vanderbilt (6-7-2, 3-3-1 SEC) will be trying to get back in the win column after suffering back-to-back one-point losses against (then) #7 Arkansas and at #18 Ole Miss. VU is 2-1-1 in divisional play and currently sits at third in the SEC East with seven points.

UT is 10-16-14 all-time against the Commodores. The teams last met in the 2020 SEC Tournament when UT fell 4-2.

UP NEXT: Tennessee will close out the regular season with a two-game homestand, hosting Georgia in a 5 p.m. ET matchup on Sunday and Kentucky in a 6 p.m. ET contest on Thursday for Senior Night. The match against Georgia will be streamed on SECN+ while the UK game will be broadcast by the SEC Network.

SHE SHOOTS, SHE SCORES: Junior Claudia Dipasupil has scored a team-high-tying seven goals on the season while taking just 19 shots. She has converted on 36.8 percent of her shots, the highest shot percentage in the SEC for players having scored at least five goals.

FAB FRESHMEN: With Claire Rain's goal and Jordan Fusco's assist against Mississippi State, freshmen now account for 13 of UT's 38 goals this season and have tallied 12 assists.

AROUND THE LEAGUE: Tennessee has allowed the fewest goals in the SEC (7), has recorded the most shutouts (9), and has the best overall win percentage (.929).

PROTECTING THE NET: The Vols have recorded nine shutouts this season, the most since 2018 when they managed a program-best-tying 12. Through 14 games, the back line has limited opponents to a combined 7 goals and 55 shots on goal. UT ranks eighth in the nation in goals-against average at .490.

HUFF MAKING NOISE: Taylor Huff has seven goals to tie for the team lead in goals scored. She is tied for eighth overall in the conference and is tied for the lead among all freshmen in the SEC.

STACKING UP: This UT squad reached 10 wins faster than any team in program history, has tallied the longest SEC win streak since 2007, and is just two wins shy of the program-best SEC streak of eight set in 2004.

SECOND HALF TEAM: Tennessee is outscoring opponents 25-4 after halftime, has scored eight goals during the final 10 minutes of regulation and has landed two golden goals this season.

CREATING CHANCES: UT is second in the nation in corner kicks per game (8.86), seventh in shots per game (20.64), 11th in shots on goal per game (9.57), and tied for 14th in scoring offense (2.71).

While it's gray and rainy outside in Knoxvegas the weather in Nashville should be dry and comfortable for the match with Vandy tonight at 8 pm (7 pm central). :)

How many goals have we scored from corners this year? I know we take a ton of them per game, but seems like we never connect on th‘em.
