Why wasn't there a ten second runoff after Troy's last penalty today? Not that it matters, just thought that was the rule now after our infamous Music City Bowl.
The clock had already stopped on the downing of the ball. Therefore the is no run off, if the clock was running and they stopped the clock with the penalty there would have been a run off of ten seconds.
