If I was a coach of a team that shot the ball like this one I would be on edge as well. Actually totally aggravated. She is going to have to deal with it all season we just don't have any consistent shooters. I mean Cooper was 7 for 20 today and Roberston was something like 2 for 12. We won by getting to the line. It is the way were going to need to play almost every game.
Trying it when half your team is freshmen has even hurt LSU. No reason they should've lost either of those games with their talent, but you have to present your young players to some strong competition early even if you lose a game or two. Much better than losing in conference.These teams are gonna pay for not scheduling more formidable competition in their non con if their conference doesn't produce wins and I'm here for it. Not everyone can be like Mulkey and get away with it.
Seems that way. Just go up to the coach, ask if you can have a word with the team (who honestly probably won’t know you by name) & talk to them. Don’t sit behind a keyboard & bemoan the team or coach or standard you think she or they aren’t abiding by. It’s a different time. I don’t think they understand that. Kids in the portal era are gonna be harder to mold into a certain “standard” when they are jumping from spot to spot. Their behaviors are gonna be harder to mold. Those years of pats standard for behavior are gonna take a hit on an occasion. NIL is gonna make it much harder too.
