Yep. Not sure who is on the squad., other than Bigby, Sundell and L’armoux, I guess thats it. Vic, Geno, Dawn have no players on the squad?

Were in it this season and definitely next season. Kim and Gabe are getting the players Edwards is a difference maker. She will be a player even as a freshman. You add a year of experience to the freshman class and the return of Cooper, Boyd, Latham and others were going to be a challenge for anybody and everybody. This coming season looks very good and 2026 looks superior.

True losing many games last year was certainly caused by some suspicious play and occasional bad possessions. Talent also waned as we got deeper in the rotation as two or three players on last years were not really equipped to play in this system. I want to see what these high powered freshmen can do that is the key for this season. They have the talent and speed to get us over the hump in some close games we lost last season.

No one had been in the system and it showed on defense. That is where we can take the biggest leap this season.

A healthy Tennessee Lady Vols team finishes in the Top 3 in the SEC and Top 5 in the NCAA this season. They can go 10 deep with reserves this season and play with any team in the country.
I don’t think a lot have seen just how good players on this roster can be especially the newcomers and freshmen. Cooper, Whitehorn, Boyd, Latham, and Spearman all will be better this season than last season which is the X-factor.

That team just wasn’t built for this style and got burned out toward the end of sec play. Good and loyal as they were players like Puckett, Darby, Spear and co were not built for Kim’s style of play.

She has said recently she’s going to modify how they press some after seeing just how long and physical the SEC is.

I expect to see flashes of elite talent from the freshmen class this season that will give this team a nice spark. Kaniya was the only freshman last season and she was great in brining energy now there’s 5 freshmen.
The returnees seem to have grown in the system and how they’ve developed in their individual games.
The portal class is great for this team and system. Two top 10 players from their respective classes with size at 6’4 and 6’5. Arguably the most underrated portal signing in the the country is adding Nya Robertson. I honestly haven’t said much for a reason until now. Her skillset and ability is nearly identical to one of the best scorers in recent years to come through WBB Dyashia Fair.
Go watch their film. I think Robertson is going to be a force in Knoxville

Totally agree Robertson is a player. She was with a bad team last season still put up decent numbers as their number one option enduring the brunt of the other teams defense. This season she will shine with all the more talented players she will be playing with. She is very quick and athletic shoots well from the three and awesome getting to the rim.

Certainly far deeper in talent and depth can really stretch out those minutes if she wants to as all 14 on the roster can play so I can see her being able to really turn it up as much as she wants on defense and offense as she don't have to stop at 8 or 9 this season she has 14 that can pull their own weight.

And all 14 are a true threat to score. No more players you can help off of. They can all handle, attack shoot and score at will.
