It may not mean much and my comments are posted under my old account, but my daughter trained under this guy, shortly after he first came to Knoxville.
I was impressed from the start. The way he could get the girls to understand what he was wanting them to do, what they should do, really stood out to me.
He was really good at conveying his methods and teaching.
He was very knowledgeable about the small things that make a difference in development.
I think I told you guys that he would do a pretty good job at Tennessee, I just wish I could find it.

My daughter had the chance to get some keeper training from coach Kirt.
He’s a good guy that knows the game very well.
He has that fire in him and will push the young ladies but he also has that understanding aspect where he can calmly teach, rather than motivate the hard way.
I think it’s a good hire and he is ready to lead a program!
