Tennessee: Sources tell FootballScoop Florida director of player personnel Drew Hughes has accepted the same position at Tennessee. Well before his time at Florida, Hughes worked at Alabama as a recruiting specialist when Jeremy Pruitt was serving as director of player development.

This. A road map straight to IMG and others.

Combine that with his and sherrers experience in GA, we are looking good in at least three sec recruiting hotbeds. Four if you count the full staffs connections in bama. Things should be trending upward as far as recruiting.

As a UF fan we don't like this, good poach by the Vols. This is SEC baby!

I guess my question is.....how does Hughes compare to Austin Thomas? It sounds like Hughes is as good if not better since he is "connected" with Florida high schools/recruits.
