Taking a course in yoga/karate for agility and intensity. Jamal Lewis having a ditch adjacent to practice field filled with water, mud, muck and him carrying weights dragging that through that concoction. I believe encouraging teammates to attend Church/their spiritual place, together is great for sharing the good times and sharing the pain of hard times. Takes the "I" out of team. Mentally? We should have the state of the art virtual playing simulator to hone those timing and what if skills. Just some thoughts. GBO VFL!
