Tennessee football about to hit rock bottom

Based on today's performance I can think of 48 reasons why we won't win out.

I cannot see this team beating Mizzou with a healthy James Franklin. Not gonna happen. Their defense is better than Troy and their offense is better. My guess 65 to 30 Mizzou.

Not sure about Mizzou. They beat Kentucky. They lost to Vandy - today was their best game vs a good SEC team.

But you know Coach Franklin will have Vandy ready based on the way last year's game ended in OT.

Sickening to admit, but I will actually be impressed if we beat Vandy based on what I have seen from this year's team to this point.

I keep thinking our defense couldn't get worse and the next game they prove me wrong.

Regarding rock bottom, there is still farther to fall. I hope we don't get there... But we are one of only 2 programs to never lose 8 games in a season. That is a very exclusive club. Alabama, LSU, Notre Dame, USC... none of them are members, but we are.

If Dooley loses the next 3 then he has taken us to the lowest point in Tennessee football all time.

That's true...I stand corrected.

I think we are all ready at rock bottom. Three years of WAC mediocrity. We lose 1 out of the next 3 to finish 6 - 6 again.
