Despite the rocky start for the Vols (get it?) I still think you overall have more talent than we do. I'd be lying if I said I wasn't encouraged by the improvement I'm seeing for us on offense, but remains to be seen if it translates against a talented defense, like yours.

If the game were this weekend, I'd still make you a 2 to 3 point favorite, but I would not bet on the game !

So many losses to those lizards with Vern and Gary on the call. Hopefully this year will be different.

Good thoughts.. I am going to hold off on any sort of prediction until after the game this weekend.

But I will say this, this will likely be the best defense UT faces all year.

I wish thru two games we looked better than you, but so far I think UT and UF have looked somewhat even. If we are better, I'm not sure the gap is wide enough that the curse/mental block/whatever it is doesn't come into play once again. I'll stay very cautiously optimistic, but not confident. At all.

Honestly, you all's defense played extremely well against Kentucky. I know it's Kentucky, but still. I think I may have underestimated Florida in the pre-season. It'll be an interesting game.

Fortunately my wife and I are making the trek from KC for this game and won't have to listen to the two goons in the broadcast booth.

After watching our offense through two weeks, I have zero faith we will win this game. Prove me wrong Butch, please prove me wrong.
