of course hopefully someone steps up to lead this team the way Wayne has this year, I think we'll be at about the same place this time next year at 21-7

With Chism gone, I can't see next year being better, even with Harris and possibly Abraham coming in. Hopefully Negedu's health will improve enough to let him play.
