:banghead2id anyone else notice how bad the refs were in the Ut/UGA game? I am not saying the cost UT the game but it did help out GA. I remember 2 instances. First a 3rd and long, there was a phantom Pass interference called. CBS did a great job of replying it and showing that there was no contact. GA ended up scoring a TD on that drive. And the second one was the so called Helmet to Helmet hit by Morley. That was a joke. Again replys showed that is was a shoulder to shoulder hit. And again that drive lead to points for GA. So that is 10 of the 12 we lost by plus all the MO that we had. I actually do believe TENN wins that game if those phantom calls were not made. Something should be done.
It is the same. Nobody with any sense is ever going to again work for an athletic department that allowed a senile, bigoted fool to run amock. Coaches are rightfully reticent to work for a place where the Head Hog and his sycophants thought Ken Hatfield was a better choice than Jimmy Johnson and Danny Ford was preferable to Barry Switzer. It's a jerkwater program run by fools. All Butch Davis will ever use the boys in Fayettenam for is a to get a nice raise wherever he is when the Arkansas job opens again.

If you think Broyles isn't still pulling the strings in Fayettenam, I applaud your naivete. Also, Jon Gruden and Jim McMahon both own property a short drive from Neyland Stadium. Big deal.psst, incase you havent heard Broyles no longer runs the AD at Arky.
Also they are not the same. BCG has zero connection to Arky. Davis is from Ark and has a home in Springdale.
Just out of curiosity, why do you believe this is the case?
Possibly this...

...and the fact he's not Nick Saban.
Eh...there's nothing really there, other than the standard k extension and the standard "happy to be here" rehtoric. There certainly isn't anything to infer that doubling his salary and handing over the reins to a traditionally better program might not convince him to change his address by a couple of hundred miles. I assume the two posters I quoted know something more solid than typical PR.
