Biddle is so out of touch. He is the biggest jerk on the staff of the Tennessean. He has run off some of the best talent the Tennessean has ever had. What a tool.

I say BOO HISS to that article. He doesn't know what he is talking about. Davis already said that he is not comming to UT.

That was the worst article I have read yet about the Coaching search.

The guy is a complete idiot. To write that while Kiffin is playing golf w/ our boosters is ridiculous.

There's less info in that article than one could find in 5 minutes on this site. The Tennessean will publish anything apparently.

Heck, I like the article.

My friend mentioned Minny's coach, and I didn't know much about him but I like what i hear.

I would want butch davis for the talent he would get, of course, but I like Brewster or Todd Graham (with his o coordinator) as possibilities.

I didn't agree with the forget it regarding Kiffin, but I liked the possibilites he listed in Brewster, Kelly, and Graham.

Brewster, Kelly and Graham are a joke. They are unproven. From the published video and writings that I have seen from Hamilton it shows me that he is fairly well educated. There is no way he is gonna risk his career by hiring someone that can't even win in a weak conference. He is gonna get someone that has either proven to be successful in college, or has nfl experience and is a "big named" coach.

That's some article. I could have gotten better insight from the night-time cleaning staff at my office...and they don't even speak English.

LOL@ this quote:

Carolina could buy all of UT and their stadium with all the cash they have. Butch isn't leaving and UNC will not allow him to leave after losing Mack Brown to Texas.

Don't be stupid. Davis never said he wasn't interested in the Tennessee job, that is just what ESPN implied to get a story.

Not if Hamilton wants his job for more than 3 more years. I'm not sold on Kiffin, and have no idea why everyone's so in love with him.

Butch Davis never said he did not want the UT job. The title of the article implied it, but if you actually read his quotes you never read him say that. In fact, you see him choose his words very carefully as to sound commited to UNC but yet never say "no" about the UT job. Listen, no coach that is currently employed and in the middle of a season is EVER going to speak to the media and say they are interested in an open job. Is that really that hard to understand...

The more I hear about Brewster the more I like him...Good X's & O's coach...solid recruiter...my only question is can he pull the top notch talent to Tennessee, he seems relatively unknown. Can he walk in a recruit's home after Saban, Miles, Meyer, and Richt and convince the kid that he is the answer...instead of the national championship brigade(-Richt) that was there before him. Does he have that kind of weight to throw around with the big boys???
