I would have laughed at this notion just a month ago. However, looking at the schedule I only see one really improbable win: at Alabama. I can honestly see us winning all of the others. We will probably lose to South Carolina OR LSU or Florida, but I predict we'll win 2 out of three of these. Even if we lose two of three, winning the Citrus or Gator Bowl would get us to ten wins...

No. Still a ton of issues, and we will really miss Moore and Jones.

Yeah because i think we have the right coach. I have been behind Dooley from the start. We loose alot on the D side of the ball. But with Wilcox and Chuck they will coach them up. I think Dooley will get the kids that are right for this program. You know when we win this Bowl game we will have same record as coach X from last year. Not bad Dooley for having all this young talent. Tennessee has a chance to be scary good very soon.

Love the way you think and your excitement. I honestly think we have a real shot at 8 - 9 wins if our 2011 freshmen class pans out, and our freshmen and sopomores improve. We really need an incoming running back that can hang with Poole next year. Add a successful running game to Bray's passing. Look out!!!

We will need this crop of freshman receivers to step up into some big shoes if we have any shot at winning more than 8 games.

Special teams will be improved with Young and Dallas being on the team.

O-Line will get a ton better with another year of S&C and with Hiestand (I look for us to be in the top half next yr in the SEC).

RBs will be beastly
QB will be beastly
WRs will be beastly

D-line will add more depth when Couch gets here and Walls gets back and also the other recruits (potentially Wright).

LBs will add more speed with King being healthy, Austin Johnson learning the position, and Lathers back. Also add the fact we add A.J., Christian, and possibly Gionni Paul.

Secondary will be beastly with Teague, Gordon, Waggner, Jackson, Brewer, Loften, Martin, Randolph, Lanier, Tino Thomas, Justin Coleman, etc...

It is going to be exciting next year.

We need LBs like no one's business. I could see us winning a lot of 38-34 type games next year though.

I don't see a single elite SEC-level LB on the roster, and I struggle to believe that AJ Johnson will come in and be a world beater from day one.

I say 8-9 wins is realistic if there is limited coach turnover and injuries.

Dline and O line are way too thin

O-line is definitely not thin. Pretty sure we don't lose anyone of substance.

D-line is a whole lot less thin next year then this.

DT rotation

Jackson/Walls
Couch/Hughes

That's before seeing how the rest of the recruiting class pans out. That is 4 SEC caliber DTs right there, something we didn't have this year.

DE rotation

Smith/Bohannon
Miller/Martin

And Walls is already running so don't say he won't be back next year 100% as I've seen some question.
