Go back as far as you can remember.

I’ll start...

Battle
Favorite-2 point conversion against Clemson
Least favorite-losing to North Texas State

Majors
Beating Bama in 1982
Losing to Miss St 1986

Fulmer
National championship
Losing to Florida in 99 that was our first loss after the NC

Kiffin
Favorite, coming out with the black jerseys
Least, the way he skipped town

Dooley
Beating NC State at the Georgia Dome
Worst losing to Kentucky ending the streak

Jones
Best-Dobbs Hail Mary at Georgia
Worst-Texas A&M that overtime loss was the beginning of the end

Pruitt
Best-the long winning streak
Worst-so many to choose from, I’ll pick Georgia state
I was at that 99 game. I still have nightmares of Alex Brown.

Majors best would have been the miracle. Worst would have been the first game of my freshman year, losing to a Spurrier coached Duke.

I was young so my memories of Majors were pretty brief: Miracle at South Bend and Blasting Florida in 90 at night
Worst: The start of the downfall. Losing to South Carolina...etc

Fulmer: 98 has so many that it’s hard just to say the Natty. I was more jubilant during the UF and Arkansas games than winning in Tempe.

Worst: I’ll go ahead and say what I consider to be the worst loss in my personal history of sports fandom. LSU in the SEC Title Game In 2001. Still hurts. Maybe the worst loss in the history of the program.

Kiffin: Beating UGA badly
Worst: Getting boat raced by Ole Miss and I thought the Peach Bowl was an absolute embarrassment vs. VPI

Dooley: Beating NC State? I can’t remember him winning any big games.
Worst: Losing to LSU/UNC in similar fashion and the UK loss was inexcusable.

Jones: You would think the UGA miracle woud be #1, but Jones reaction bumps it down. He looked like a clown.
I would say the final 20/25 minutes of the Florida game in 2016.
Worst : Losing to South Carolina and Vandy and our shot to go to the Sugar Bowl

Pruitt: Maybe beating Auburn on the Plains or believe it or not beating a top 10 UK team that went on to beat Penn State in the Citrus Bowl, the bowl win was nice I guess
Worst: Losing to UK this season the way we did is unacceptable. They weren’t even decent. Throw in BYU too.

The only one that really sticks out still is Pruitt losing to Ga State. Seen some ugly games but that one trumps them all.

Pruitt: Best-Winning streak, Worst-Getting absolutely punked out by GA State

BATTLE
Worst: 1972 vs Alabama
Was covering this game for Huntsville Times and was on my down from press box with many other alabama writers with The Artful Dodger and Vols on way to victory. We could hear roar from crowd inside elevator and then another just before doors opened. Unbelieveable what happened in such a short time. In a daze,, I watched from Bama sideline and then had to witness Steve Bisceglia's dad enter the Bama dressing room door with cigars and then endure the Jim Goosetree-led celebration.

Only saving grace was the beer cooler on the long trip back

Bill Battle. N/A, too young to recollect.
Johnny Majors. Favorite moment - watching him jump into the air when we beat Notre Dame on the frozen field in South Bend and having dinner with him and Ken Hatfield the night before the Cotton Bowl. I really have nothing but great memories of him and he will remain one of my heroes and greatest role models. Least favorite moment - when Judas Brutus stabbed him in the back.
Phillip Fulmer. Favorite moment - when he squalled like a baby in front of the camera when they fired him. Least favorite moment - when he stabbed Coach Majors in the back.
Lane Kiffin. Favorite moment - whipping Georgia. Least favorite moment - unexpected Jan 12 departure, took me a few years to think of things from his perspective and I would have done the same had UT come calling me.
Derek Dooley. No comment.
Butch Jones. Favorite moment - 2016 Georgia game. Least favorite moment - the whole following season.
Beldar: No comment, other than to suggest we might have been better off keeping Jones.

Cool Majors story. I was living out of state when they got rid of Johnny and the whole thing didn’t seem right, was very upset but maybe I would have felt different if I was still in Knoxville at the time, but guess I’ll never know.
