I am getting tired of Crompton threads. So let's try something new.

I watched the end of the UF game yesterday instead of tuning to UT right away. I always watch for UF to loss, unless they were to play Notre Dame of Iran.

Watching Tebow this year, I wonder if he is hurt? He is not the same player.

If he started last year like he started this year he would have been benched.

He was missing wide open WR's, he runs very slow, he can't push the pile like last year. Is he hurting his draft status?

He still has lipstick on his rear from the TV guys.

Any team other than UT knows how to better defend him. He is not a consistent passer. If he can't run, that hurts him.

He might make an ok TE in the pros.

The OL isn't as good as what was thought this yr as well...teams are getting more and more pressure with their blitzes which is affecting his passing.

Anytime Tebow is in a no back set there is pressure. You are right about the 0-line being an issue, but Tebow has the deer in the headlights look this year.

Tebow looks really uncomfortable in that offense, where he is required to make quick decisions on the snap, especially in the 5 wide set.

He did have a 960 SAT. He got in to UF becuase he was home schooled and got a 3.65 GPA from his mom.

Don't talk about grades. If you were to take the average SAT score on a football team, that would be it, probably even less. Look, the coaching staff has changed the way Tebow played from last year. He is being asked to make more plays through the air, quicker decisions, D's are bringing the house and he has struggled. It's not a secret the game plan against florida. Bring the house and run it up the middle. Teams are catching on. We have totally changed our Offense from a year ago, we are throwing less screens and not getting the ball into our play-makers' hands. If you watch Bama or LSU, they run the football with authority. They are nasty up front on both lines. That is what we lack right now. We have no smash mouth. Everyone yesterday was playing not to lose. Hell, we should have lost by a couple TD's. Mullen (our O coordinator) loves to be cute on these misdirection plays, running guys into the middle of the pile that weigh 165 lbs. This is the SEC and it won't work like it did in the Mountain West. Tebow is off right now, plain and simple. He was electrifying last year, so we know he can throw it. He has just got let it go, IMO. I don't know everything, but it just looked yesterday that he was playing timid and not to make a mistake, rather than make the big play and win the football game. We're going to be fine. 2 loses will win the East this year.

Further, Urban will be toast in a couple of years as the rest of the conference completes their defensive adjustments to his schemes....you can see several of the SEC teams have him figured him out....Ole Miss winning in the swamp, WHOW...that is a powerful message.

Post Tebow, it could get ugly down there in Gatorville.

That's what i said yesterday. If we keep the same offensive philosophy after Tebow and Harvin are gone, watch out. However, after Tebow is gone we have more of a drop back passer in John Brantley. He will hopefully fill the shoes of what Leak did and be complimented by Cameron Newton- what Tebow did.
