I am sick of people talking about Tebow is going to get injured - like its a foregone conclusion.
I actually think the way he plays makes him less likely to get injured than more normal QBs.
I remember hearing Jim Brown talk about how running out of bounds and sliding and stuff conditioned players to become weak and actually putting themselves in vulnerable situations.
I mean he can get injured - just like a running back or WR or anyone else who carries the ball a lot. But i think he is less likely to get injured then, say, Eric Ainge.

I disagree with you on that one 100%...Its coming, hes not superhuman and before long Tim Teabag will be wearing a cast watching the gators from the sideline...

Why would Ainge be more likely to be injured than Teabow? Ainge may get hit 1-3 times a game, while Teabow is hit every 1-2 plays.

Why is something about Shebow always on the Vols page?

Tebow is built like a truck and is expecting to get hit, Ainge is not a runner.

The more you get hit, the more likely you will get injured. The same goes for running. Just look at how many people blow a knee out running. A pocket-passer that hardly ever gets sacked, will not be injury prone.

Look at Brett Farve, Peyton Manning, and Tom Brady, they don't get sacked much and never miss a game. They scrambling QB's like Steve Young, Byron Leftwich, Donovan McNabb, and Michael Vick have been injured a lot.

I agree. Ainge will probably have more injuries in his career then Tebow will.

I cannot take you seriously on this because:

1)You spelled EriK Ainges name wrong
2)Your avatar

Byron Leftwich is nowhere near being a scrambling QB and he never was. Black does not always = fast.

What does Leftwich weigh? About 270? I don't remember him running much even when he was at Marshall.

He is a tough S.O.B He had to be carried downfield by his linemen in the 4th quarter because he broke his shin and still played
