Team icons

As I'm browsing the board tonight, I've noticed that several posters have small team icons under their avatars. Where are they coming from, and how do I get my teams under mine? :dunno:

It's a new feature Freak added. Just go to User CP and then to edit details. The teams will be at the bottom of the page.

The Missouri Tiger icon is just a red X. Can this be fixed?
