My question is this – my brother-in-law has eight deer head mounts at his house. I can get one and put it up on my office. Is it ethical to put someone else’s deer head in your office so long as if I’m asked about it, i give credit to the brother-in-law? Same goes for a duck mount that I have from a good friend of mine.

You need to tell people "that deer ran over my grandma one Christmas". Then concoct an elaborate revenge story about how you tracked it over air, land, and sea but in the end you finally go the S.O.B. Bonus points if the story is just a thinly veiled retelling of John Wick, Taken, or other such movie.
