Tariq Owens

I googled it for you

Tyndall’s firing took the Owens family by surprise, but Renard said the coach’s departure didn’t immediately result in Tariq’s request for a transfer. The Owens’ waited for Tennessee to hire a new coach, and spoke to former Texas coach Rick Barnes soon after he landed the job.

“We wanted to see what his plans for the team were moving forward, see if it was a good fit,” Owens said. “Based on those conversations, Tennessee didn’t appear to be as good of a fit anymore. That’s when we started it. We looked to see where else could be a good fit.”

Another game changing call that the refs messed up. It was a little earlier than the call against us that sent it to OT, but still could have changed the game. That has to be stopped!!

If you’re referring to the blocked 3 point shot that he threw the ball back in bounds, it was a correct call. He landed out with left foot then jumped up and touched the ball. By rule he would have had to come back in play after block before touching it again.

What? He never reestablished in the court before touching the ball. By rule he is out of bounds. SMDH
