Fulmer and every athlete who accepted money and has now bolted for another school. Pruitt likely gets a (deserved) show cause, UT gets (deserved) sanctions. Don’t know about the assistants.

I have no idea for sure and am very far from insider status. But something happened in that locker room during UGA halftime. Maybe we will find out some day.
