black star was the jam.
black on both sides is the best mos record. He was good, working with Damon Albarn, on the plastic beach record.

Talib is such a good artist, he's always solid.

You should post this in the under-appreciated artists thread, I started that one and put Common as my choice but had these two in mind, they are both amazing.

I feel Mos moreso than Talib but I really like them both.

I saw Mos Def on Austin City Limits and it was the worst performance I've ever seen on that show. He did a couple of Michael Jackson hits and it was beyond horrid. I thought it was a joke for a little bit. His albums must be heavily computer enhanced.
