totally precautionary. He has some soreness from his meniscus surgery last year and the trainer believes its just scar tissue irritating him but they are going to do an MRI to make sure but he will be playing Saturday.

"Sitting out yesterday's practice and today's MRI are precautionary moves. Chris has had some issues with the knee he had surgery on last year (meniscus). Jason is thinking it's possibly a scare tissue issue but could not be sure until Chris had the MRI. Chris wanted to get through Spring practice before making it an issue but thankfully Jason is looking out for Chris. I spoke with Chris last night and he WILL play in the Orange and White game on Saturday. He could have practiced yesterday but again after speaking with Jason, that idea was shelved."

That is from his mom.

I love how informed VolNation is. I mean this kind of coverage doesn't happen on other teams sites.

Great job VN!

Is that the tissue that makes a person scream like a girl or cry when faced with adversity?
