Have a pass for lot B23. Does anyone have some insight on the tailgating there? Is it a good one or relatively quiet? We are staying downtown on Saturday night so can you leave the car there overnight and pick up in the morning? Sorry for the questions... Just never had a parking pass before..,,

23B is over near the track complex. It is a relatively "safe" area but I believe that there is a different parking permit required for Friday than for Saturday. They will likely come through on Friday evening and/or Saturday morning with the hook 'em up truck. I would just drive it over from the hotel on Sat AM.

I would suspect that Sat night will not be a problem. No classes on Sunday, no game on Sunday, and the tow lots will be full by then! With the night game and surrounding activities, there honestly should be no reason that Sat night would be any challenge.

Thanks for the reply. Looking forward to the game tomorrow. Might have to bring some cold weather gear by the looks of it too.

In your opinion would the tailgating be more fun in lot B23 or behind the strip? Heading up to the game with two friends that have never seen a game at Neyland.

Either will work. If drunk and disorderly is the game plan, the strip is better. If a few beers and some food is the game plan, B23 works fine.
