How do most people get cable channels while tailgaiting?
Satellite?

Sorry if I'm behind but have never had my own tailgate and never paid attention or asked at any other time.

What is the best way to go assuming I will stay outside once the game starts???

Not happening. Are there generally lots of people who would have it on TV?

Yes around the stadium and if your friendly you can find multiple TVs around to watch. I used to do the whole setup every game. I had to always bring a friend and feed and provide the alcohol needs just so he could stay outside sometimes alone so we didn't have to pack it all up pregame. You will be fine.:good!:

I'm counting on that if I can't find a feasible way for me to have it on my own TV beforehand....

Thanks.

I was hoping to find a G-10 parking pass.

I'm having some family in for their first time and didn't want to do too much relocating if not necessary.

I use Direct TV and bring a satellite dish that I've had for a few years, and use a honda generator for power. I used to use marine batteries and an inverter, which worked well, but were more of a pain to recharge, carry, etc. But, you can also use an HD antenna and pick up local channels and if you have ATT U-verse, there's a way to get that through an antenna also.

Is there an internet signal anywhere so I could stream?

I'm pretty sure UT's campus is wireless. I don't live on campus or own a laptop though so I've never tried it. I don't know if you need to have a student id to access it.

Yes, there is campus-wide WiFi for visitors. However, it's slow and not very reliable. Even the UT student WiFi is mediocre.
