Looks like I will be tail-gaiting at home for this one but, got the green egg ready for the beef, wine and beer, end of summer veggies, and homemade salsa and chips. Fortunately will be sharing the butt whipping with my sweetie and maybe brother. Weather looking good. Go Vols! What are some of your traditions re-tail-gaiting?

Tennessee 7 course meal...6 pack and a smokey mountain hot dog. Love the game day chats about food and music during the baseball season. Learned a lot. If you are truly a Tennessee Fan you gotta include Dickel (Tullahoma) and Jack (Lynchburg), Yee Haw Beer, Old Shed made in Tullahoma. Winning Game Day Tailgate Recipes - Tennessee Home and Farm

Gonna be at home. Crock pot cheesy chicken and rice. Wife ordered some of NYC's finest...aka Magnolia Bakery banana pudding. I'll finish it off with a tall can of Liquid Death Severed Lime.

My kids have dictated papa Johns and Dr Pepper. Might thaw out some vac sealed brisket and make a Retro Taco hommage quesadilla.
Yeah, I have a vaccum sealed 10 lb brisket I bought from Weaver Farms in Lincoln County. Last one I smoked for hours melted in our mouths. Found some kinda "Preacher" seasoning that I thought was going to be to hot but the mustard calmed it down and turned out perfect. Probably save that for a SEC Saturday afternoon game. After yard selling all day Thursday, it will probably be take out pizza and beer. BTW, I have hundreds of Fan Packs, Game Day magazines, Sports Illustrated, Annual Books, etc..see Avatar, I would like to pass on, sell, if anyone is interested. Me and future bride gotta downsize and my VOLS den is full of UT paraphenalia.
