Why do you care about other people having a fun idea.
That’s not coach worship.

I don't dump on everything for instance...i liked the press conference and all 3 speakers remarks and enthusiasm. I do however find the idea of fans wearing a 4th shirt regarding a coach who hasn't even made it to the vol walk. Never owned a lane train, Dooley or butch please shirt...i find coaches shirts to be moderately ignorant. Just my opinion, don't mean to be a Debbie downer.

It's a great feeling after that conference and I'm on board, BUT the last thing this program needs is more slogans and cute gimmicks on billboards and t-shirts.

We just got rid of 5 years of a cult of personality in bUTch and all that crap. Let's not do it until we've got some results in. I think he will deliver,but now is not the time.

You can make a quilt out of the Lane Train, get on the Dooley, fear the pants, bUTch, Butch please shirt....please take pics. I hope the guy is super successful but I won't get into gimmicky coach worship.

I don't think we should start off mocking the way he talks with a shirt. Come on guys. Come up with something else. There were other things he said in the presser that can be used for shirt ideas.

Why is buying a shirt with the coach’s name coach worship? Is it any different than having a players jersey or shirt? It’s showing support for who’s there, why they’re there. Maybe we can have a coach this time that we can all support for many years this time.

Yeah I remember all those Majors and fulmer shirts....

Listen it's just not my thing. He hasn't called a play or walked the vol walk and we are ready to make shirts for him.

So yes it's like players...but without accomplishments it's like have a walk on punter jersey....guess it's cool if you're his parents.
