Switching to DirecTV tomorrow - Smart Move?

The current offer (that I used) was if you buy Sunday Ticket, you get 4 months of the top level (Premier - basically everything) for free. I would have bought Sunday Ticket anyway so it's a savings of $300 for me compared to keeping cable. After that, I'll be getting significantly more HD and other channels for about $15 less a month.

Only downsides: No CSS (rarely watched it), No local weather on Weather Channel (never watched it) and No MOJO - which means no Three Sheets (I did watch MOJO quite a bit)
