This is an absolutely ridiculous thread but I needed something to distract me because I for real have butterflies about tonights game already...
I have created a list of 16 similarities between THE Sweet 16 and MTVs My Super Sweet 16 (which I hate but I thought this would be fun).
Similarities:
1. Both are shown on television.
2. Both display madness.
3. Both showcase wealthy teenagers (either current or soon to be).
4. Both will feature a lot of whining and complaining to authority figures.
5. Both provide a stage in which to prove they are better than their peers.
6. Both allow for a coming of age.
7. Both create tension in households.
8. Both attract celebrities to attend.
9. Both feature students who probably dont crack too many books.
10. Both display teenagers desperately seeking a crown (princess or champion).
11. Both feature highly planned schemes that rarely go as planned.
12. Both are associated with big dances.
13. Both feature very temperamental teenagers.
14. Both attract controversy.
15. Both often end with people being upset.
16. Both leave me questioning various aspects of life.
Just a thought.
