They didn’t have the muscle to handle Big Carey either. He was a beast on those skinny little weaklings. I loved it- tailor made for Carey game - slam, bam, and try not to foul out. LOVE IT!!!

He definitely wasn’t afraid of the moment. Best screener, post passer and rebounder on the team and when he plays with confidence he carries and expresses toughness that elevates his teammates in my opinion. If he can duplicate against Michigan’s length I would be shocked but he deserves a lot of credit.

Boswell did an incredible job on their best offensive player Momcilovic. Towards the end of the game, you could tell they were frustrated and started trying to get into our guys’ heads but we kept our composure.

The reason they missed the lobs was primarily the defense Iowa State used. Whenever a lob was obvious, an Iowa state player would shove the UT player under the rim. It was called a foul multiple times.
