Continuing the bracket style tournament of superhero movies (32 movies in total). Vote for your favorite to advance.

This is the fourth "region".

This is a 1st Round match-up:

(4) X2: X-Men United (2003)

RT - 87%
IMDb - 7.5/10

Easiest 4 v 5 match up so far.

X2 is still my fav of the series.

I like X2 but I went with Amazing Spider-Man. I really love that film and the way it rebooted the franchise just works. It blew away everything from the Raimi/Maguire films.

Well other than those scenes with Kirsten Dunst in the rain! :)

Same here.

Also spent more time in high school instead of the short amount.

If 95 Vol Alum is OK with it, I have the power to change the number of votes. I will defer to his call since he started the poll, though.

I accidentally got my X-Men movies mixed up, I was thinking of the Last Stand when I voted. If not, no worries I should have been paying attention.

That many people think X2 is better than Amazing Spider-Man?

ASM is one of the top 5 Marvel comic based films! IMO

Not sure I can recall a super villain getting so damn close to killing the super hero.
Also a superb cliffhanger with the man in the shadows.

Change it.

Feels like voter fraud. I'm not sure I can continue to be involved in such a wanton abuse of democracy. I would expect better from a pudgy Swede-Korean. You disappoint me.
