-Demonte Bolden had a good day. Fulmer was happy that he won more drills than he lost.
-The coaches aren't screaming and barking about effort as much as in the spring.
-Trooper is complimentary of the WRs for catching the ball and running routes well.
-Meachem is very vocal with the younger WRs trying to keep them focused.
-Quinton Hancock and Dorian Davis are getting in the huddle as much as possible to get reps.
-Hefney, Yancey, Wade and Coker are returning punts and Fulmer is pleased with LaMarcus.
-Crompton and Ainge are throwing the ball well and Crompton is zipping the ball well showing no effect of his prior shoulder problems.
-Stephens is a big kid with a strong arm but is raw and needs to work on his footwork.
-Jarrod Shaw is overweight and has struggled with the heat.

-

Im happy with any of those 4 returning but Im also happy that were looking at Wade as a specialist. That guy is nothing but speed, he can out run just about anyone.

LaMarcus may be the fastest guy on the team...

Last I heard was Wade and LaMarcus were just about neck 'n neck.
Maybe. That's why I qualified it with "may be". :D Looking at the list, I agree, any of them would work out in my eyes. In fact, any of those guys may be downright exciting if they get a few blocks.

At this point, on punt returns I'll just settle for securing possession in an uneventful manner.

The last time we had decent run backs and special teams is when Cut was on staff. Am glad to see him back. Think special teams will also improve dramatically this year along with offense.

. . . .while the rest of the unit refrains from holding, clipping, or blocking in the back.

Alot of guys are returning kicks. We'll just have to wait till the pads are strapped on before we make judgments.

If Crompton gives Ainge a tough battle for the starting QB job he may end up needing a psychiatrist. :banghead:
