Suggest Me Some Podcasts

I need some suggestions for good podcasts to listen to at work. I prefere comedy, but will listen to anything. I cant listen to any that require a video screen, because I use an ipod shuffle. I currently listen to "The Rise Guys" radio show, out of Greenville, podcast. If you have never heard them, you should really give them a listen, pissy. Two hours of you work day will fly by. I just need to fill the other 6. I have browsed through the podcasts on itunes, but nothing jumps out at me. help.

I listen to the Adam Carolla show broadcast out of LA. That guy cracks me up.

Yes. It is broken up into 12 segments commercial free.
