I was thinking about this earlier. Would having successful programs across the university help the falling or lower standard programs for that university? If it doesn't, can anyone come with reasons why it wouldn't? It seems to me, you find it in high school but not in college. If there are some schools that are this way or were, can you name them?

I am going to try to interpret this. "Should we lower our academic standards, we may could attract some
good athletes who are poor students. Could these athletes help build our program?"
Athletes such as Edrrick Loften or Gerald Williams?????
