Sub forums in the recruiting forum?

I know it'd likely be a lot of work, but the RF tends to get pretty cluttered with all the different threads spanning the years and some necro threads that get bumped.

Would it be possible to create some sub forums in the RF for specific years and the recruits? And a general one for everything else?
