I know that Drew Richmond is not in the bag yet, but all signs are pointing that way.

If we add him, we will have the best offensive and defensive line class in the country.

With Drew we will have 5 linemen in the top 130 players overall on 247.

With Drew our offensive and defensive line commits total 209.11 points. That would, by itself, give us the 28th best class in the country, right in between Missouri and Miami.

We know that in the SEC all of the skill players in the world don't mean anything unless you have strong offensive and defensive lines. Butch is on track to make sure that we don't have to worry about that any longer.

Wow! That's pretty nuts that just our O and D Line recruits would still be a Top 30 class. Butch MF Jones.:loco:

I sense a major shakeup about to occur in who the powerhouse of the sec will be.

Just have to go out and win the games now.

Starting to look more and more like even Dooley could lead this roster to the CFB Playoffs in '16 at this point.

Possibly the last the last piece to commit in this ridiculously talented signing class! I don't mind saying I'm stoked about the future on The Hill!!

Now we are just going and saying crazy ish!!!! Law of Gravity, Laws of Thermodynamics, all kinds of laws out there but the only "Law" that would apply to Dooley would be Murphy's Law. He would find a way to lose.

Wow, just wow. If Butch can pull this off, it'll be hard to second guess this guy.

VN will find a way too. I am sure the Seahawks fans felt the same way till their last offensive play last night.

We always find a way to come up with a negative. We could win a game by 70 and someone on here would find fault with the play calling.

WOW, we knew there was a possibility this could happen. But if he faxes his sheet in that would be the best class UT have had in years, now we need to get that same results on the field which I have no doubt it will. Just think the leaders we will have in the near future with these recruits calling out teams, nothing more than a drive they will have on the field.

I totally get the point of why you said that - dramatic effect and all, but.....

That may be the STUPIDEST thing I've ever read on VN, and I assure you, the bar for that is very high.

If Bama signed only long snappers they would have the #1 class.

I know that's not entirely relevent just felt pointing that out.

This is probably the most impressive class I've seen on paper. It's not just that he landed so many elite players but he filled every need with not just depth but talent at every position. DT, DE, QB, RT, LT, RB, LB, WR, CB all loaded with elite talent. Hell the guy even landed an elite LS just to show out.

Uhhh of course if it's not a shut out. We will not be satisfied with a 70 point squeaker. Ha

I'm not sure why every OL doesn't wanna come here. I can hear Butch's only needed pitch:

Son, all we need is a half way decent OL and we win the East!

Well, we should have that now. Richmond, Jones, and Blair are more than adequate at tackle. And we were already passable at guard, and should be improving there as well (especially with Big Charles healthy now, Jashon entering his second year of starting, and adding Boulware. And Mack is a fine center.

I'm trying really hard to temper my expectations for next year. I know I should be patient. But I look at the roster and I see a lot of talent and a ton of potential. With Dobbs emerging and an offensive line hopefully taking shape. Healthy receiving corps. Nasty d line and secondary. Just need someone to step up for A.J. This could be an exciting year.

My pitch to Olineman:
"Son, look at our defense. No way playing against them helps your stats. Or your health."

Let us be patient.. Richmond has not signed yet.. we can only hope. Good post op

I do agree. My biggest concern is a comment he was rumored to make. That he grew up hating UT fans.

If true, yanking the rug out from under us at the last moment would not be unthinkable.
