I have lived all over this great union and have never heard so many stupid comments in my life like I hear and see coming from Knoxville! Example 1 Calling for Fulmers head? Penn State was screaming for Paterno to be run out of town, now look at them. I am a Christian and for all of my fellow Christians you know that things work in seasons! I bet if yall stopped booing and calling John and Jimmy and complaining more recruits would be open to the vols! Do yall really believe these kids aren't on the internet reading and listening to what comes out of Knoxville? Yeah i cringe everytime Crompton throws a pass, and question why we dont line up and play smash mouth football! But in todays game there is to much parady to play one sided! Example 2 last year with Eric Ainge we threw the ball to much! But look at Duke they are 3-1 under coach Cut and yall wanted to run him out of town! DUKE! for goodness sakes!

Under one thing if Tennessee had just a decent QB this year things would be totally different! But because we dont have the person in that position the whole offense suffers. The blame game doesnt work and i know Crompton is trying his best but unfortuantely his best is not good enough for D-1 college football or at least the SEC! This year will be a down year but be positive for once! I mean is it that bad living in a single wide that you must take it out on everyone?

Small correction: the fans didn't run Cut out of town.....he got out while the getting was good.

Duke? getting was good at Duke? I think hedeserved better than that! Look at Trooper at OK state... the fans were screaming not to trooper and he is down there making it happen! I guess most will never be happy !

ummm...i hear what you're saying. i understand that there is a cyclical pattern in college football. but please, don't use the christian example with seasons and apply that to football in the SEC and please don't use the christian name drop and then make fun of people who live in what you obviously consider sub par housing.

Do you honestly think kids are not watching TV and seeing the crap being put on the field?

Then why is he lined up under center week-in and week-out, embarrassing loss after embarrassing loss?

Nothing builds your case better than a gross exaggeration.

by the way talking about booing, the guys i work with are auburn fans, and they said that the auburn fans were booing their team on Sat against TN. so all these ppl crying about people booing, get over it it happens everywhere

First off i'm not making fun of anyone, and secondly i am proud of my faith.... now about the football....its real easy.. i think Mike Hamilton should allow all the haters to coach for one week and one game and lets see how yall would do! then in the off season we should all the supposed true fans out on the recruiting trail... listen i know some of yall fork out a ton of money each year ala donations, travel costs, ticket cost, so forth... I just wish you would realize you have a great coach in Fulmer and if he doesnt get it done over the next 5 years than i am sure he will go! i Mean we played for the SEC championship last year? I must just be confused on what is acceptable as a good program...

I'm starting to think Fulmer has instructed all his staff to get on the message boards and "work like heck" to make sure everyone knows this is not his fault.

If you watched the Florida Game they were being booed as well at their home field!

It happens when you expect your team to perform and yet they are not performing.

If I remember correctly MH says 2 SEC championships every 10 years.

Do we get paid the ridiculous salary he gets?

It should not be too hard to coach a loss, which is what he is doing now.

Trooper isn't running much and yes head coach at Duke is better than assistant coach at UT if you desire a head coaching job!

I guess all of your lives have been on the up side all along. it never had valleys. stop lying to yourself. i guess when your a fan of a school your a fan no matter what? maybe not.......forget i said anything because its a losing cause....
