its hard to judge anybody with less than 1000 posts and a year or two on the board....but this one is correct....

Fans changing their "attitude" of thinking they deserve something, will change nothing. Just another "high and mighty" thread. The real problem is fans starting to decide whether or not UT Football is a good financial investment for themselves.

Im a nobody, but ive spent an average of 2500 a year attending games. Caught a red eye flight to get home at 0100, just to sleep 3 hours and drive 6 hours to take my son to the battle at bristol. Now I consider if my kids would enjoy a couple Predators games or something else, since they dont enjoy watching the vols get the crap beat out of them.

Geez can we stop blaming fans for showing up, buying overpriced tickets, to be treated to a shat show. Heaven forbid anyone voice any displeasure at this very thing.. A message board is a message board. People come here to vent, hyperbole and generally lose their minds. Some of us talk a little football . If we tell harsh truths it's like a mean ole teacher smacking your hand with a ruler. Get over yourselves.

If UT is going to continue to charge bama prices then yes, we at the very least deserve those 3 games. And own what exactly? I don't see anyone here suiting up on Saturdays, what more can you ask this fanbase to do? There is no bandwagon, there are no fairweather UT fans. The only ones left are those born into it or married into it. Save the rah rah bs

This is so BS, you need to speak for yourself, I did my part. I got up early in the morning, had my game day breakfast of Champions. went to Ace Hardware to get my Propane Tanks filled up for the Patio Heater so I could watch the game outside in my outdoor Kitchen/ Bar. Listened to the vol network all morning, prepared my snacks for the game, stocked my Fridge with Beer for after the game so I can celebrate either victory or defeat listening to Basilio till about 11:30 central time.
So you can see I did my part, maybe you need to tighten up your game a little.

Dude seriously? We’re tennesseee. We do DESERVE wins and championships. Period. Vandy will never have a better program than us. They could win 20 straight national championships and they will never have the better program.

I'm sorry you left off the blue font. Tennessee's football program is in big trouble. But wait, when UT wins those first 3 cupcake games (or maybe just 2) next fall, some people will be shouting from the highest mountains, "We're back; we are wonderful again; look how great we are!"

The number of posts has nothing to do with it. I have been a UT fan for 30+ years but just joined Volnation within the last year. A person who just has a few posts may be more right or intelligent about situations than someone who has been on Volnation for years although I'm not making that claim for myself.

What does this even mean?

The fans are supposed to work harder at being fans? How? Get to games earlier? Call more talk shows? Cheer louder on the rare occasion something good happens? Start more pointless threads on VN? ..guess you're starting early on 2019

Its fans like you that wanted to fire phil.... ect ect ect..... we put the gun to our own head and pulled the trigger and if you cant see this maybe we do have the dumbest fan base in the country.
