Seemingly in a good place is not an indicator for not being suicidal*.

*not saying it was suicide

he's a professional athlete...he was probably thinking he could beat it and misjudged it.

According to the toxicology report from the autopsy, Haskins’ blood alcohol level at 0.24.

The toxicology report also indicated Haskins had ketamine and norketamine in his system when he died.

Wasn't he walking on the shoulder when he got it? Not sure if that is relevant. Maybe he wouldn't have ran out of gas if he wasn't inebriated.

I believe he was on the road and that is why he was hit by two vehicles.
