Everyone knows you can look good on paper but totally fail on the playing field... heading into this season even after losing alot of talent i see something in this team that i just havent seen in a while....this years DEFENSE has me HYPED looking forward to seeing RICO McCoy shine at linebacker he is a lil Al Wilson...
Secondary: CB Inky Johnson,CB Jonathan Wade,SS J Hefney, FS D Morley <--- Looking at our secondary im not at all worried we are gonna get shreaded for passing yards like the past few years...i think in wade and inky we have to awesome SHUTDOWN CB's which will make plays this year

Linebackers: Inexperience is my only concern after seeing McCoy play i am not at all concerned with his inexperience man i cant wait Deshaun Jackson go over the middle and get laid out by McCoy....other than McCoy we have M. Mitchell the guy is a beast 250lbs lb the dude is like a truck and will be huge for us stopping run up the middle...J Mayo his actions speak for him the dude will straight knock you silly he is not afraid to lay the wood.

D-Line: depth only concern we have J. Harrell last i checked...my line looks like this RE: Walter Fisher (young but very very talented),DT: J.Harrell and J. Mapu, LE: A. Reynolds (Strong, Fast, athletic)

It all looks great but you never know for sure...im very optimistic for this season i think we will suprise a bunch of people...i think Ainge is my only concern..but i think Cutcliffe will have him mechanically ready to go randy sanders never had Ainge prepared for what he was gonna face.... with meachem, swain, smith, taylor, hancock, foster, hardesty, coker i think we have the playmakers to do some good things what do yall think about our OFFENSE and DEFENSE
Bring Some Ear plugs bears you will need them your coming to ROCKY TOP it tends to get a little noisy---GO VOLS

I agree with a lot of your post but I have concerns still about Ainge and about depth on both lines.

My biggest concern is the OL. I don't think I would count on Hancock this year. Taylor had great scrimmages last year in preseason camp, but never caught a pass in a real game.

Taylor did return punts, kicks, and carried the ball a few times.

It's hard to imagine Hancock getting much PT but fulmer said he would play so we'll have to see how much I guess.
