Nice work, OP. Thanks for putting this together. I was really surprised to see NJ ahead of TN, and as high as they were in general. I don't recall seeing very many prospects from NJ.
NJ is a state for cherry picking as Tom Osborne did back in the day. He mined players such as Mike Rozier and Irving Fryer there. The only major player in the area is Pedo State.
