Starting a website question...

My wife makes girls dresses, and has been selling them on ebay, craigslist etc.. So we are going to set up her own site who would you suggest to host it? We have been looking at yahoo and godaddy. Yahoo looks like they do a nicer job, but any suggestions from you guys would help. Thanks.

GoDaddy is my only suggestion. Then either learn some HTML and web design, or hire a designer.

we use godaddy, but only because my wife picked them...I really don't know the plus or minus of either one.

My brother does great web design and has plenty of hosting capacity. PM me and I'll get you his info. You won't be disappointed.

GoDaddy's customer service >>> Yahoo's.

Get the domain and hosting at GoDaddy and it's relatively cheap. I think you can get a year domain for 1.99 and a decent hosting package for like 40 bucks a year or so.

I use dreamhost. Fairly cheap and they have a monetary rewards program for bringing other people to them.
