Yeah but unlike Hollywood, most of the game remakes that come out are actually better .

I think EA is mostly the answer to that. Hopefully we'll get more good ones now that they don't have an exclusive license.

It always astonishes me how seemingly difficult it is for a studio to make a good Star Wars game. Star Wars should be one of the easiest IP's to develop for in the world! The universe has already been created. All the lore is already written for you. Star Wars SHOULD be easy! Yet it seems like more developers trip over themselves than not when taking on this license.

That's fair. They have been effing stuff up for a long time in a bunch of different franchises.

Don't get me started on what they did to Bioware.

As for Star Wars there has been like 3 good games since 2005.

The last one was pretty good. Not great, but better than most of the trash. Didnt quiet feel complete, could have used about another chapter of length, but cut up and spread out to the whole game.

You mean Fallen Order? It, Force Unleashed, and Squardrons are the only 3 I can think of for good Star Wars games, in recent years.

I was pretty pleased with it honestly. It's the best thing we've gotten since KOTOR for sure. I've had a bad taste in my mouth for Star Wars games since Force Unleashed 2.

Agreed it wasnt great. But it was good enough to exceed my very low expectations.
