Downloading it now, can't wait. Fallen Order ripped off several concepts from Soulsborne which is right up my alley. I loved that game.

Star Wars meets Dark Souls, how can you get much better than that?

I'm going to hold off and give this one time to get a few patches under its belt before I play it. I've heard it has some HDR problems , screen tearing, and, other performance issues.

“Weeks” Of Patches Announced for Star Wars Jedi: Survivor Ahead Of Release

Now come on Respawn! Where's Titanfall 3???

I downloaded it last night and got around to trying it for a few hours today. I have the Horizon DLC to finish up,and WWE 2k23 which is one of those I can pick up and play anytime. I loved Jedi:Fallen Order...So far, there's not a huge change in gameplay. I'm on the second planet after the start of the game. I like the challenge in gameplay as I liked in the original game. Saying that, it doesn't feel like it's not difficult I relation to the original game. However ,it still offers quite the challenge and I'm still early into the game.

I'm not noticing anything game breaking as far as the bugs and crashing that's been mentioned, but I know that they're out there. I think that I heard something about a day one patch.

I'm enjoying it so far, maybe 8 hours in or so. I'm a little disappointed with how laggy it seems to run on PS5. It crashed on me the other night and I had to run back through about 30 minutes of progress, that was frustrating.

Also, minor complaint here, but I hate when so many of the "rewards" you find are purely cosmetic. This early into the game and I've acquired countless different colors for my lightsaber handle, and countless colors for BD-1. Those don't exactly give you a feeling of accomplishment when you stray off the beaten path and that's all you find.

I've noticed that as well as love the game and probably am 10-12 hours into it? It would be nice if some of the rewards you get enhanced the gameplay. Also, I'd love to see a similar souls like game like this with the Mandalorian.

Last night I was in one of the Jedi chambers and there was a chest I couldn't get to. After trying for probably 30 min, I finally YouTubed it. It was super tricky to get to but I finally did it.

All for a lightsaber emitter.....

Yeah, most of the stuff you find is not worth the time and trouble to find it.

Pro tip that I think massively improves the gameplay: set the Field of View under Visuals to Wider or Widest. It really improves the quality of battles and general exploration, and oddly enough I feel like it improved the graphics quite a bit as well. Seems to suit the frame rate much better.

One thing I wish they had in this game compared to the first was more planets to explore. I'm somewhat near the end of it,but you spend most of the game in Koboh and Jedah.... The planets are larger, but I'd like a steady balance of more planets and more variation of side missions. I will say that I like the bounties, filling the fish tank and the rumors where you kill the bosses. Cool additions and the Saloon on Koboh is a nice touch. If they make a new game, there's plenty to expand upon.

Finished this last night. All in all it was an ok game, I liked the first one a lot better. I don't think I really ever got over the fact that 90% of what you can find or buy in the game is purely cosmetic. I must have had 40 shards left over because I never cared to use them to go buy new facial hair.

Story was decent. Not mind blowing, but decent enough.

6/10 game.
