Just noticed that Stan passed last week in Montgomery. He was a WR who played at the same school as Richmond Flowers, Sidney Lanier and was a very solid receiver for Bobby Scott in the Scott-to-Trott duo in the 1970 season. His obit says he was with the Packers after leaving UT.

His wife worked at the retirement home my grandma lived in for a year, and i painted their house a few years ago.

RIP Stan

I went to Lee too! But i graduated in 2002
I did not go to Lee but was raised in Dalraida and went through the 8th grade at Goodwyn when my family moved to Wetumpka. I would have been in the 1970 class that won the first state championship at Lee with Eddie Phillips and Paul Spivey, who later starred for Bryant at Alabama. My heart was always at Lee.
