When I run spybot I keep getting a notification called doubleclick, I googled it and it said it's a cookie companies use to track your Internet activity? Is it dangerous? Thanks

Not dangerous. Helps search engines give targeted search results.

You can disable 3rd party cookies with most browsers. In Internet Explorer, go to Options (under Tools), choose Security/Privacy tab, under cookie control click Advanced, click "Disable 3rd Party"

In firefox, mostly the same, except click "Tell websites I don't want to be tracked."
