Spring Game

Last seasons spring game taught me that you have no idea what your QB is until he has men with different jerseys trying to bury him. Dormady looked like a razor in the spring game going 10-10, makes me wonder if one of his issues was he would get caught watching the pass rush instead of checking down on his receivers.

Well, he was going against 2nd string. Considering how bad our defense was, I can only imagine how bad a beat up 2nd string was

Dormady did look good throwing balls into trash cans during the game. Little did I realize that was foreshadowing.

I just hope it is not like the last spring game. I was caught in a flood. It was a weird experience overall. At the half they just came over the loud speakers and said hazardous weather was approaching and the rest of the game is canceled and we have to leave. By the time I got out of Neyland it was one of the worst storms I have experienced here in Knoxville. With all the construction on Philip Fulmer way the drainage was inadequate and my family and I were wading in a foot of water. Good memories now but crazy at the time.

Dude! I was there too. First we waited all morning and didn't even get on the field much less meet the players. It was sunny and warm while the players were in the concourse.
Although I didn't mind the BJ format, I'm excited to see football. Getting told at half time the game was cancelled and we had to leave immediately, made it really start to suck.
We made it to the truck and me and my dad pulled out from the parking garage the moment the hail started. It was some of the worst hail I have ever been in. You couldn't see to drive, people were pulling over.
We drove 5 mph until we got to an exit and stopped and ate. We laughed and my dad said we hoped this wasn't a sign of things to come.
