I have tickets to the spring game. I saw some early comments that the number of tickets would be restricted due to construction. I am not sure if I should allow for traffic for 10,000 or 50,000 fans. Does anyone know? Also, while I go to basketball game, I have not been to a football game in some time. What is the best parking option? Thanks for your help.

I always park near Tyson Park. $10 on gameday, easy access in/out. As for how many to anticipate for, it won't hurt to get there early. There will be much to do on Cumberland.

Im in Atl and they announced attendance on the radio at 28,000 spectators. Also Ga had something like 1 DE, 2 DL, available for the game, commentator said it might get slow with all the "walk ons" on the field. Further he said they had 16 guys returning from injury this year. I heard it all myself, no sources just me and AM 750.........

From Henley St, you want to get on Cumberland going west. Then look for Volunteer Blvd (just past the University Center at the light). Turn left onto Volunteer and go down til you see Stokely on your left (You can also turn left onto Lake Loudon but that may be blocked off) and turn left onto what I think is Pat Summit drive (by the rock). You will see the field up on the hill across from the baseball stadium.

Does anyone who attends UT know if we will be able to get in for free with our student IDs or do I need to try and get a ticket?

Sports I am a student also. I read on utsports we get in with ID. My only worry is, if they have a attendance cut off we will be the first to get F'ed out of seats. I am going to wait and play it by ear on buying one or not based on what i hear from the ticket office.

tickets are only 5 dollars, so i would say get one to be on the safe side, but there is only like a 3% chance that neyland stadium wont be able to hold how many are going to be there.

Yeah I wondered about that too. I have some friends that are going to get there early and get in line and then I have some that just went ahead and bought tickets. Let me know if you hear anything that makes you decide to buy a ticket or not.

I think I might just buy one cause I will be pregaming. waiting in line is a waste of drinking time. And since its different then years past I have a feeling they will put the dumbest workers at our gates. So if I can go see Kiffin v.s. Kiffin for only $5 might as well buy one. And also I wonder if students get their seats or if we get thrown to the upper decks.
