my guess is the coaches are going to try and run and grind those guys into the ground and work them harder then they have ever been worked just to see who is going to step up to the challenge and who is going slack and give it everything.
I was wondering too if they had announced how open practices are going to be. I have heard that they are going to be more open than when Phil was here which I think is a good thing, but I wonder if they are just going to have certain days where they give boosters and media total access or is it going to be everyday.
The coaches - and players - will be working their tails off. Not only does CLK and crew have to asses the ability of each individual player, but they also have to install an offensive and defensive system at the same time. It's going to be a tough job. The win/loss outlook doesn't look great for next year, but we should see some improvement by game six or seven. We have some very good coaches, but it'll still take time. Regardless of our loosing record last year, we still have some talented players coming back. I, for one, am just going to enjoy seeing a kid being "coached up", and excited about playing football again!! Go Vols!!!!!!
In case anyone is wanting to go to practice...it starts the 10th, but CLK is trying to get it open to the public on the 13th--pending fire marshal approval.
