Saying done deal on Shannon, making sure no problems with NCAA and current Miami situation. I'll take it with a grain o salt with those guys. Hopefully Monday is the day.

What radio station?....I have been listen to JOX94.5 and they havent even brought his name up. They all say it will be Steele....they even said that it would be a good hire!:loco:

Doctor B's big inside source batman is nothing more than a Volnation poster. He only knows what the rest of us do and claims it as inside info to Doc. Not saying it wont happen but just saying he doesn't have any more information than the rest of VN.

I have my fingers crossed also, but to be honest....I cant see CDD hiring a bigger name than him. I sure hope Hart is involved. Shannon would lock in some good recruits here at the end!

Sporttalk is ok. Much better than some other sports talk shows ive listened to in the past. Dont know how much i trust their information, but they are right sometimes, which about par for the course with the media. For the Chatt area, you have 2 choices, Sporttalk, or Nick Bonsanto on ESPN radio, a transplanted Philly that has the typical yankee accent and attitude, and seems to hate all things related to Tennessee football.

Also home of UTC Mocs, and UT basketball....all part of the same holding company as 106.5, the Vol Network station in Chattanooga.

102.3 is not a large enough station to carry UT football. any podunk station can get the Bulldogs.

At Least Doc hasn't turned on the VOLS like the Knoxville Idiots.

I agree they have little "insider" street cred, but here in Chatt Town the pickin's are slim.

I love hearin' Doc calling people idiots, and bama fans are tater diggers. :)

They get people riled up and just have a good time. It's all about entertainment, not sports reporting.
